5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated.

Payments must be completed before product access is granted.

6. Refunds

Refunds are granted only in cases of technical issues or non-delivery.

No refunds will be provided for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or failure to comply with license terms.

All refund requests must be submitted through the support system within  7 days of purchase.

7. Support & Updates

ACBIZ GLOBAL provides support and updates for all products as outlined in the product description.

Support includes technical guidance, installation help, and troubleshooting.

Support does not cover customization beyond what is included in the product package unless separately contracted.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Zambia.

Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Zambia.
